We aim to dispatch all online orders placed before 1 pm AEST on business days on the same day. Orders received after 1pm, on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Serenity Lifts will not be liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or outdated address information.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in their country.

- Orders over $150: Free Express Shipping
- Orders under $150: $9 Standard Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Serenity Lifts gear as much as we do.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Only full-price items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Serenity Lifts does not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Make a Return

We will respond with further instructions.
Once you have provided all the necessary details to make the return. You will need to pack your item securely and post it to the return address provided. Please note that it must be Unused and in its original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Refunds are made to the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
You can either:
- Exchange via our Returns Portal (once your original item is received and approved), or
- Order the new size immediately to secure availability, then return the original item for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@serenitylifts.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
