Serenity Lifts was born from strength through struggle. At just 15yo, my life changed while competing at national athletics in December 2024. A sudden blood clot in my arm shifted everything.

Dreams of the Commonwealth and Olympic Games were suddenly replaced by hospitals, needles and medication. Through that experience, I discovered that real strength is not only physical, it is found in faith, focus and the courage to keep moving forward.

Serenity Lifts was created for anyone walking through adversity and still choosing to show up. For those rebuilding, refocusing and pushing to become stronger, healthier and more grounded in who they are.

It is about lifting more than your body, it is about lifting your mindset, your standards and your belief in what is still possible.
